Meghan Gault is the Chief People Officer at CAIS and the leader of the People Experience team. As a member of the Executive Committee, she oversees talent acquisition and development, employee experience, people operations, and workplace strategy. Meghan has deep experience in maximizing employee performance and engagement, enabling and growing leaders, solving complex business challenges, and guiding organizations through large-scale transformations, including mergers and acquisitions, hypergrowth, and market expansions.

With more than 20 years of experience, Meghan has held leadership roles at early- to mid-stage venture-backed companies and large corporate institutions, primarily in the financial services and fintech sectors. Her prior experience includes The Royal Bank of Scotland, Mizuho Americas, and N26.

She earned a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Master of Arts in international human resource management from the University of Westminster in London.
