Use the holdings report tool to review and oversee your structured notes business more efficiently. This platform update enables you to create reports regarding individual households or your entire book of business. You can customize reports to better monitor exposure across issuers, underliers, structures, and time to maturity.

Quick Views of Your Structured Notes Holdings
Our new “quick views” feature lets you more easily configure how you view your structured notes holdings information, such as note performance, term-related data, and issuer concentration. With the ability to tailor your holdings table by creating, editing, and deleting customized views, you can more quickly view the information that matters to you.

NIGO Status Updates
Our new status updates will let you know if a fund administrator determines a subscription is “Not In Good Order” (NIGO). If that happens, you will receive a NIGO notification from the platform. You can also go to Document Status in the Orders tab of the platform to see specific statuses and associated comments to help you better understand why the subscription is NIGO.

Automated Fund Wire Notifications
To provide a more transparent transaction monitoring experience, CAIS is excited to share that we can now send automated wire notifications of upcoming wires due for subscription orders. These email notifications will generally go out five business days before the wire due date and then again two business days before the wire due date if the funding hasn’t yet been reflected at the fund administrator.
Note that these reminders are now applicable only to fully funded vehicles, and we look forward to extending them to other funding events in the future.
Redemption Notifications for Structured Notes Call and Maturity Events
Our new redemption notification feature helps you track structured notes throughout their lifecycle, alerting you of upcoming call and maturity events. Look out for emails detailing key terms, dates, and performance information to stay up to date.
SMS Authentication for Fidelity DocuSign Envelopes
Fidelity now accepts SMS text authentication for DocuSign envelopes generated through the CAIS platform. With this enhancement, users gain an extra level of security with a unique, time-sensitive code sent to their mobile device. CAIS platform users can authenticate documents using their mobile device, making the verification process more convenient and transactions quicker.
